Nights With Ventura

Ventura Smalley grew up in California. Growing up, Ventura listened to local radio and was inspired by the night host most known as “Delilah Rene.” He would stay up late at night listening to the sappy love stories and relaxing to her soothing voice. Ventura dreamed of becoming the next Delilah. At 14, Ventura secured his first radio show called “VMS Radio.” He got the show syndicated and aired on a few community stations. He would stay up late at night in his studio, taking love song requests and dedications. At 16, he realized that he wanted more than an adult contemporary. Ventura’s favorite music genre is country; he wanted to create a radio show that airs soft love songs. Some listeners say Ventura has a calm and soothing voice that helps them relax at night. Each night Ventura is in the studio taking your song requests and detications. Ventura says, “I love my job; I love being able to find the perfect love song based on the listener’s stories.” Ventura says, “Thanks to God, I can be able to listen to people and their life stories and give the best advice I can.”
