The Weeknd will be livestreaming his sold-out concert at Estádio MorumBIS in São Paulo, Brazil via his YouTube channel. Abel Tesfaye (The Weeknd) wrote on X: “Feast your eyes. São Paulo will be live streamed Sept. 7. Only on YouTube.”

Tesfaye also shared a teaser for the event, directed by Yza Voku, which offered a preview of a new song and features a series of AI-generated images by Google: Veo, Midjourney, Runway: Gen-3 and Luma: Dream Machine.  You can check out the teaser: HERE.

Variety reports that The Weeknd will perform fan favorites, as well as previews of his new work.  The artist also plans to donate a dollar per ticket toward the U.N. World Food Programme’s XO Humanitarian Fund (Tesfaye is a goodwill ambassador for the program), and he also plans to donate 10 percent of his merchandise earnings to the Brazilian Soul Fund.

The Weeknd shared in a statement: “I’m so excited to announce that we’ll be live streaming my show from São Paulo, Brazil, so everyone around the world can be a part of this special night. I wish I could come to every city and town on earth, but moments like this give us the chance to connect in real time at least and share that energy together, no matter where you are.”

The show will begin streaming at 8 p.m. EDT on September 7th.   To watch, head to The Weeknd’s YouTube channel.
